Welcome to Baptist Hospital East’s Online Patient Registration. Our goal is to make registering as efficient and convenient as possible. In an effort to decrease your wait time and further expedite the registration process, we are pleased to provide this service to our patients.

Setting up an account will give you access to special features on our site, including the ability to pre-register for a procedure or test, receive a personalized health e-newsletter, or sign up for Health Reminders!

Please note:  We recommend maternity patients pre-register four to six weeks prior to your due date.

All other patients:  If you intend to use your account to pre-register for a procedure or test, we can only accept online pre-registrations that are submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time of admission.

Please answer the series of questions that follow to complete the pre-registration process at Baptist Hospital East. When you arrive at the hospital, we will need only your insurance cards, any copay or deposit amount that is required by your insurance company, and your signature to complete the process.
