| Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-4:45 p.m. the Rehabilitation Program staff at Baptist Hospital East offers a six-part stroke education series for patients and families in the physical/occupational therapy gym on the fourth floor of the 4002 Building, also known as the Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Wing. Topics covered at the six sessions include: - Session One: What is a Stroke?/Prevention
- Session Two: Mobility and Activities of Daily Living
- Session Three: Behavioral Changes
- Session Four: Communication
- Session Five: Low-Sodium and Low-Fat Diets
- Session Six: Going Home/Adjustments
