Salaries. Salaries are based on experience. Shift differential pay is available for weekend, evening and night work. On-call pay for those required to be on call. Pay increases based on merit. Attendance bonus for perfect attendance.

Paid Time Off. Nineteen days each year, based on hours worked and length of employment. Pro-rated for part-time employees. After completing five and one-quarter years, a maximum of 24 days per year can be earned. After 11 years, an additional day is added for each year, up to a maximum of 29 days per year.
Retirement Accumulation Plan. Paid for by the hospital for full- and part-time employees.
Savings Thrift Plan. Optional tax-deferred employee savings with hospital match.
Sick days. Ten days off accrued at the end of first year. Pro-rated for part-time employees.
Tuition reimbursement. After six months of employment, tuition assistance up to $2,500 a year for full-time employees; pro-rated for part-time employees.
Working for a Home. Assistance with down payment and/or closing costs for a limited number of qualified employees. Also, a free eight-week class series to learn about buying a home. Also, employees may quality for up to a $2,000 down payment.
Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center. Enrollment fee waived; discounted monthly rates with payroll deduction available. Discount also offered on HMR Healthy Solutions weight-management program.
An added -- and invaluable -- benefit is the opportunity to work with employees who care for each other in many ways.
